ITS team celebrates Best Places To Work Award

ITS, Two Clients, Make Best Places To Work List

Hypoluxo, FL, March 10, 2025 – “I’m unstoppable today,” signer Sia triumphantly declared through the ballroom speakers as the team from I.T. Solutions of South Florida wove their way to the stage to accept their award as one of the Best Places To Work in South Florida!

The event marked the second time ITS was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal among the Best Places To Work. In 2019, ITS ranked #10 in the small business category. This year, the managed security service provider moved up a spot to number nine.

“I am exceptionally proud that our company was named one of the Best Places To Work,” said co-founder Deana Pizzo, CEO. “I was thrilled to have two of our clients honored on this stage as well. Total Warranty Services is one of our oldest clients and ETC Florida is one of the newest!  We appreciate clients who value company culture as much as we do, and we’re proud to be their trusted technology partners.”

Co-founder and CIO Jason Pizzo agreed. “Not only do we have the best team, but we also have the best clients,” he said. “Today has been both exciting and motivating!”

The Pizzos were joined by eight members of their renowned team, who took the stage wearing custom long-sleeved shirts proudly boasting the words: Best Tech Support EVER!

“It’s what we all feel,” said Sal Miciotta, one of the company’s account managers. “Getting it done for our clients, watching them succeed, and then digging in harder makes us succeed. It’s a circle of success.”

The Best Places to Work award recognizes employers in the tri-county area with an exceptional workplace culture. “The rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the coveted right to be named one of the Best Places to Work,” according to the Journal’s website.

Honorees are divided into three categories based on size: Small Companies of 10 – 49 employees; Medium Companies of 49 – 99 employees; and Large Companies of 100 or more employees. Twenty honorees are selected in each category. Rankings in each category were unveiled at the awards program on February 20th, 2025, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale.
