Deana and Jason Pizzo founded I.T. Solutions of South Florida together in 2004 in the living room of their Lake Worth home. Since then, the couple has grown the technology company into a nationally recognized name within the industry and a top-ranked MSP for small to medium-sized businesses, including those with multiple locations nationwide.
I.T. Solutions of South Florida is a certified woman-owned business with Deana at the helm as CEO and Jason leading the technology team as CIO. Both Jason and Deana give credit for the company’s success to their employees and clients.

Jason echoed her sentiments, while trying to ignore Rocco’s relentless begging for a dog treat.

I.T. Solutions of South Florida currently boasts over 20 employees, a far cry from just the pair of Pizzos that started it all. “In the beginning, it was just Jason and I juggling the business and our two young children,” Deana said. “We started in the living room of our 1,200 square foot home when Skylar was nine months old and Gavin was two and a half. Now we have a 3,600-square-foot headquarters and Gavin works here!”
The company headquarters is in the small town of Hypoluxo, not far from where Deana and Jason each grew up and chose to raise a family of their own. A business that began on folding tables in a small, cramped home has transformed into an ultra-modern workspace complete with standing desks, a learning center, and even a nap room. The state-of-the-art multimedia learning center features a flexible seating plan, custom soundproofing, and live stream feeds on multiple 82-inch HD monitors.
Outside of the office, the Pizzos are very active in the community and sit on several nonprofit boards. Jason is the Board of Directors Vice Chair for Clinics Can Help. Deana currently serves on the boards of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, CareerSource Palm Beach County, Leadership Palm Beach County, NonProfits First, and South Florida Tech Hub. She is also an executive board member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and earned the honor of serving as chair of the Dwyer Awards for Excellence in Education.
In 2023, I.T.
