The company celebrated three unique new awards and the closing of their first corporate headquarters in just three short weeks!
“These past few weeks have been a whirlwind. I’m trying hard to take a moment to enjoy these awards and all they represent for the vision Jason and I share for our company,” Deana said. “But there’s no time to let off the gas. We are focused on our continued growth to better serve our client partners and working feverishly on establishing a larger and more permanent headquarters instead of renting office space. It’s certainly keeping us very busy.”
I.T. Solutions of South Florida kicked off the festivities by winning the ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award. Shortly thereafter, I.T.S. earned the designation as a GrowFL Company To Watch Honoree. Deana also attended an awards ceremony for the prestigious Inc. 5000 ranking the company garnered in August as one of the fastest-growing private businesses in the country. And finally, the couple closed on a new building in Palm Beach County to serve as the company headquarters.

I.T. Solutions of South Florida was nominated for the ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award by Sarah Alsofrom, Director of Community Relations for GL Homes. Since the inception of ATHENA International in 1989, Alsofrom is the first documented recipient of both the ATHENA Leadership Award and the ATHENA Young Professional Award.
The ATHENA awards were presented locally at the ATHENA Leadership Awards Luncheon hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches on Friday, September 17. The ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award is given annually to a business or organization that creates an organizational culture that encourages women employees to achieve their full leadership potential and gives back to the larger community of women and girls by providing and/ or supporting leadership development opportunities and initiatives. Evelyn Hopkins was honored with the ATHENA Leadership Award and Alexandria Ayala received the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award.
Less than three weeks later, on October 5, I.T. Solutions of South Florida proudly announced the company was selected as an 11th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Honoree. Honorees were chosen from the over 600 applicants by a panel of independent judges comprised of past honorees, economic development leaders and corporate partners of GrowFL.
