The Best Places to Work award recognizes employers in the tri-county area with an exceptional workplace culture. “The rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the coveted right to be named one of the Best Places to Work,” according to the Journal’s website.
Honorees are divided into three categories based on size: Small Companies of 10 – 49 employees; Medium Companies of 49 – 99 employees; and Large Companies of 100 or more employees. Twenty honorees are selected in each category. Rankings in each category will be unveiled at the awards program on February 20th, 2025, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale.
The review process for the 2025 Best Places To Work began in 2024, which marked the 20th anniversary of Deana and Jason establishing I.T. Solutions of South Florida together. The MSP also earned recognition from the South Florida Business Journal as one of the region’s Fastest-Growing Technology Companies by Percent (ranked #10), South Florida’s Fastest-Growing Technology Companies by Dollar Amount (ranked #12), and Largest Cloud Computing Companies.
2024 also saw ITS garner accolades within the technology industry. In August, they were named one of the 20 exceptional Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in North America for helping Small to Midsized Businesses “focus on growth without the burden of IT-related concerns,” according to The ChannelPro Network.
