As Founder and CEO of I.T. Solutions of South Florida, Deana Pizzo juggles numerous responsibilities. Despite her intense schedule, Deana makes community service a top priority and she recently joined the Board of Directors for CareerSource Palm Beach County.
“I am looking forward to making a positive impact on our community by helping guide workforce development strategies, programs and services,” Deana said. “I’m especially passionate about workforce needs in the tech sector, which often faces a shortage of skilled professionals.”
“My goal is to help shape policies and initiatives that attract tech companies, foster entrepreneurship, and create a favorable environment for tech-related investments. The ultimate goals are job creation, economic prosperity, and innovation in Palm Beach County,” she concluded.
In addition to her commitment to CareerSource Palm Beach County, Deana currently serves on the boards of Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, NonProfits First, Leadership Palm Beach County, and South Florida Tech Hub. As a board member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, Deana earned the honor of serving as chair of the Dwyer Awards for Excellence in Education. She is also a member of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.
CareerSource Palm Beach County is chartered by the state of Florida to help area businesses stay competitive through training grants and talent acquisition, while offering job seekers valuable assistance and career counseling.
