The Woman’s Edge, a non-profit focused on advancing women leaders, selects 100 women-led businesses in the Sunshine State for this prestigious honor annually. This is the 18th year of the awards.
“Congratulations to all the dynamic female leaders on this List of Top 100 Women-Led Businesses. I am privileged to be included among the honorees representing successful professionals leading some of the top companies across the state,” said Deana Pizzo, CEO of I.T. Solutions of South Florida.

The Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida list is ranked through an algorithm that factors in revenue, as well as workplace diversity, innovation and customer benefits. Non-profit and for-profit organizations are eligible for the list.
“We’re especially proud to be pushing the envelope for women in the technology workspace,” Pizzo pointed out. “In an industry historically dominated by men, women run our accounting and marketing departments, and even our Technical Services team. That’s unheard of in the tech space, and it didn’t happen by accident.”
The Top 100 ranking will be announced at the luncheon on May 4, 2023. The two-hour reception will begin at noon at the Signature Grand Davie, 6900 W. State Road 84, Davie, FL 33317.
The Women’s Edge was founded in Boston and now includes events in both Massachusetts and Florida. The non-profit is comprised of “ambitious, success-oriented women committed to growing our respective organizations and supporting each other” through networking, mentoring and leadership programs.
